Case Study: Pep Boys
While launching a new Years of Service Program it was important to capture the attention of all the Managers working at the retail stores across the United States. A theme promoting increasing sales numbers called “Finishing First” while maintaining high behavioral standards and increasing product knowledge was developed on all marketing and communication pieces.
A tissue box, poster and letter announcing the new program were developed and inserted into the customized mailer box. The consistency of the branding was important on all levels. The Regional Managers reported a high level of understanding from the field and excitement was constant as premiums and awards were introduced throughout the year.
